2023 3rd International Conference on Network Communication and Information Security (ICNCIS 2023) was successfully held in Mianyang, China on August 6-8, 2023. The conference was hosted by the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Central South University, and co-organized by the School of Computer Science and Technology, Southwest University of Science and Technology; Southwest Minzu University; and Mianyang Key Laboratory of Mobile iot RFID Technology; AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center.

The conference invited Academician Xuemin Shen from the University of Waterloo in Canada, Prof. Abbas Jamalipour from the University of Sydney in Australia, and Nei Kato from Tohoku University in Japan, Prof. Lingyang Song of Peking University, Prof. Kaigui Bian of Peking University, and Prof. Wei Wang of Beijing Jiaotong University shared wonderful keynote reports. The conference attracted more than 100 people from universities at home and abroad and representatives of local experts.

A total of 9 young scholars from  East China Institute of Electronic Engineering, School of Electronic and Information Engineering, West China Normal University;Southeast University; Xiamen Institute of Technology; School of Electronic Engineering, Heilongjiang University; North China Electric Power University; China Mobile (Suzhou) Software Technology Co., LTD.; Institute of Security Technology, China Telecom Research Institute including. The conference attracted nearly 100 scholars to participate online.

Through this conference, the participating researchers were stimulated for scientific research, guided the in-depth thinking on the frontier development direction of disciplines in the field of artificial intelligence for medical sciences, and increased the exchange opportunities between scholars.
